Archives of Singapore (NAS). The e-commerce photographic service
is developed as an extension to the photo ordering service provided
at the Archives Reference Room, to facilitate photographs ordering
from the comfort of your own homes.
Terms & Conditions
Before Placing Orders

Users are subject to abide by the undertakings under the
copyright declaration stated at the end of the ordering process.
Photographs with no source indicated may not be purchased. |
| 2) |
Photographs orders are subject to usage fee charges & reproduction
charges. Personal photo orders are limited to 5 photographs
or minimal amount for purchase. |
| 3) |
The photograph collection in NAS come from many sources
and may vary considerably in technical quality. It does not
provide for special paper or special effects, nor does it
guarantee a print identical to the file print. |
When Ordering

You can process images for one single project per online
order as you would have to declare the usage of the photographs
for different project. |
Payment
| 5) |
All orders must be prepaid by credit card (VISA/Master
Card). |
| 6) |
All payments must be made in full. |
| 7) |
You must use a credit card that is in your own name. |
| 8) |
Delivery/Shipping charges will be applied during Check
Out after you specify an order and the destination country. |

result list based on the keyword search.

- After selection, click “add to cart” button
at the bottom of the page before you proceed to the subsequent
pages of the photograph result list.
- Kindly note that you may be prompted with a message if you
have selected a “restricted” access photograph
or selected a record with no digital images.
- Reselect by unchecking the select box and choose open access
records.

- You may also remove the images that you do not wish to purchase
at this point by clicking “remove image”
- Click “back” to go back to the photograph result
listing
- Click “Add / update shopping cart” after you
make amendments to your quantity & format entries
- Click “reset” to clear previous quantity & format
entries
- Click “Next” to go the next step of online purchasing
